The Dancefloor Remembers - 2024

This body of work captures the memories of Laneway Studios, a site once animated by techno, live music, and movement.

Using my Peeling process, I create colourful terrains that are bright, fractured, and marked by traces of sound, energy, and time.

These surfaces hold the memory of bodies in motion and nights shaped by rhythm, connection, and release. What remains is both robust and resilient: a record of community embedded within the worn skin of place.

Beneath the scars, colour, and texture, the pulse of experience continues to resonate, persisting after the music has faded.
